Tyre Holding Fee
• A holding fee of $25 per tyre will be charged by our fitting partner if the customer chooses to pick up the tyres delivered to the fitting centre and opts out of the installation service.
• This holding fee applies only if the customer decides not to proceed with the installation service after the tyres have been delivered to the fitting centre of their choice.
• The holding fee must be paid directly to the fitting centre at the time of tyre pick-up.
• The holding fee is non-refundable and is intended to cover the costs associated with handling and storing the tyres.
• Customers must notify the fitting centre of their decision to pick up the tyres and not proceed with installation at least 24 hours in advance to ensure proper arrangements can be made.
• AC Tyres and its fitting partners are not liable for any damages or losses incurred once the tyres have been picked up by the customer.
