All tyres purchased from AC Tyres come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards, provided the failure is not considered major. For any additional warranties, we defer to those provided by the tyre manufacturer.

Changing the tyre size from the manufacturer’s recommendation can impact the legality of your vehicle. It is the consumer’s responsibility to contact the relevant road and traffic authorities before making any modifications to ensure they are allowed. AC Tyres is not liable for any legal issues arising from the purchase and installation of tyres.

Damaged, Incorrect, and Faulty Products

If you receive a tyre that you believe is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. The tyres must not show any evidence of tampering and must not have been mounted or used.

Cancellations, Returns & Refund Policy

To ensure you order the correct tyres, please double-check your order details. If you realize you’ve ordered the wrong size, contact AC Tyres as soon as possible so we can correct your order. If AC Tyres delivers the tyres specified in your order, you cannot exchange them once they have been fitted.
